About
My Story
I have been practicing physical therapy for more than 46 years, helping individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and movement limitations. My experience includes orthopedic and sports medicine clinics, inpatient and outpatient neurological rehabilitation, and home health physical therapy.
As an active person myself, I understand how important it is to recover from injury or surgery and return to the activities you enjoy. My approach combines decades of clinical experience, advanced training, and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and needs.
Why Ascension Physical Therapy of Maryland?
My Approach
I believe every client deserves personalized attention and a treatment plan designed specifically for their condition and goals. By identifying the underlying causes of pain and movement limitations, I help clients achieve meaningful, long-term improvements rather than simply managing symptoms.
My Mission
My mission is simple: to provide individualized treatment, education, and guidance that empowers clients to achieve their recovery goals and improve their quality of life.
Trigger Point Dry Needling
I completed advanced Trigger Point Dry Needling training in 2012 and have found it to be an effective tool for helping clients manage musculoskeletal pain and improve mobility.
McKenzie Method
I have advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, commonly known as the McKenzie Method, which is widely used to assess and treat spine and joint conditions.
